CPR training program
Saving Lives Through Knowledge, Faith, and Service
At New Hope Baptist Church of Salinas, we believe caring for our community means being prepared to help in times of emergency. Our CPR Training Program is designed to equip individuals, families, and community members with life-saving skills that can make a critical difference when every second counts.
Whether you are a parent, teacher, ministry leader, volunteer, healthcare worker, or simply someone who wants to help others, this program provides practical hands-on training in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Why CPR Training Matters
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency procedure used when a person’s heartbeat or breathing has stopped. Immediate CPR can significantly increase the chance of survival during cardiac emergencies before professional medical help arrives.
Through this training program, participants will learn how to:
- Recognize emergency situations quickly
- Perform effective chest compressions
- Assist adults, children, and infants during emergencies
- Respond confidently in life-threatening situations
- Use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) safely
- Provide basic first aid assistance
Our goal is to build a safer, stronger, and more prepared community.
